Your Result ID is the unique number you were shown on the test result page. If you’ve lost your Result ID, you will need to take the test again.

If you’re having trouble retrieving your results, please note:

• Result IDs are typically 6-8 digit numbers
• Results are stored in our system for up to 12 months
• Make sure you’re entering the complete ID number without spaces
